Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Assist AI service, including our website, APIs, email notifications, and applications (the "Service"), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Service (collectively referred to as "Content").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Service Description

Assist AI is an AI-powered executive assistant that helps manage your calendar scheduling and emails. The Service requires access to your email and calendar accounts to perform these functions on your behalf.

Early Access Program

Currently, Assist AI is offered as an Early Access Program. By joining our Early Access Program:

• You acknowledge that the Service is still in development and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
• You agree to provide feedback on your experience with the Service when requested.
• You understand that features, functionality, and availability may change without notice as we continue development.
• You acknowledge that while the Service is currently offered free of charge during this phase, pricing models may be introduced in the future.

Your Account

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service
• Use the Service only for legitimate, personal or business purposes
• Not use the Service to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or unethical
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Assist AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Assist AI.

Cancellation and Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. You may also delete your account by contacting us at team@useassist.ai.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of our application after such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
